ABOUT: ​ In a mission to beautify Saginaw's Old Town district, Mark Flegenheimer, former president of the Michigan Sugar Company, announced a plan to revitalize Old Town's riverfront silos. The project brought on Spanish artist Okuda to create what is likely to become America's second largest mural.
