ABOUT: As part of Studio 23's Art Around the City Event, artists were invited to submit their pieces. Only 50 would be selected, printed, and featured on plaques around Bay City. Barbara Plezia gave an artist's statement for the project: "Barbara Plezia is an artist who has lived her entire life in the Great Lakes Bay Region and finds inspiration right here at home. Her background is graphic design, and she enjoys painting and drawing in several media, including plein air work."
