ABOUT: The Great Mural Project makes art accessible to the people of Saginaw and brightens previously blank walls and even utility boxes! Starting in 2022, the Great Mural Project and volunteering artists have been slowly brightening the streets of Saginaw with utility box art. According to Ally Toyzan, "I just wanted to say a big thanks to The Great Mural Project for giving me an opportunity to put my art out there and share some positivity with Goku. I chose Goku specifically because no matter what he always strives to get stronger, and he's a symbol of positivity and happiness in our household.
