ABOUT: The Great Mural Project makes art accessible to the people of Saginaw and brightens previously blank walls and even utility boxes! Starting in 2022, the Great Mural Project and volunteering artists have been slowly brightening the streets of Saginaw with utility box art. According to Trel Frazier, "Wow. What an experience! So many people stopped by and shared their best memories of Charles “Chuck” Rogers and or talked about the competitiveness of Saginaw’s sports. I mean there were people stopping in the middle of the street, blowing their horns, pulling over, stopping and staring, taking pictures and so much more."
