ABOUT: Created for the 2023 season of the Art Seen Festival, this mural uses bold, no pun intended, strokes to describe the vision statement of Midland County: Together. Forward. Bold. An exceptional place where everyone thrives. The aim of the Art Seen Festival is to grow a diverse and equitable community through the arts.
