ABOUT: Paul Percy Harris (1868-1947) was the creator and founder of the Rotary Club, a club dedicated to forging camaraderie and fellowship between young professionals. The original Rotary Club was founded in Chicago, Illinois, but soon spread to several other states, as well as countries.
