ABOUT: The Great Mural Project makes art accessible to the people of Saginaw and brightens previously blank walls and even utility boxes! Starting in 2022, the Great Mural Project and volunteering artists have been slowly brightening the streets of Saginaw with utility box art. Artist John Vasquez says, "Calm Michigan Nights. This is the other side of the box, went with a duality of the box Sun on one side moon on the other, wave in wave out."
