ABOUT: As part of Studio 23's Art Around the City Event, artists were invited to submit their pieces. Only 50 would be selected, printed, and featured on plaques around Bay City. Heather Koos gave an artist's statement for the project: "Heather Koos has always enjoyed being creative. From hiding her paintings on her bedroom walls under posters, to quilting as an adult, and, most recently, her obsession with pottery. Her interests are diverse and many, much to her ever-so-patient husband’s displeasure."
