ABOUT: Gilly's Bistro was founded in 2022 by Guillermo "Gilly" Gonzales and has been serving up delicious food ever since. While approaching their one year anniversary since opening, Gilly reached out to local muralists to add some extra flavor to the Bistro's exterior. The mural is over fifty feet long and celebrates both Gilly's Bistro and the wider community it serves.
