ABOUT: In 2019, the Leadership Bay County Class unveiled the sculpture designed and created by Jason Graham, after raising $70,000 for the project. The money donated not only aided the creation of the piece, but also the revitalization of Realtor Park. ​The piece is meant to represent the many waterways of Bay City that have shaped the city's history.
