ABOUT: Jules Muck completed the “Birthplace of Madonna” Mural in just three hours after discovering Bay City was the birthplace of Madonna Louise Ciccone, aka “Madonna.” Madonna was born at the Mercy Hospital, which is now the The Bradley House, a senior living apartment complex. Jules Muck says about the mural, “I paint Madonna a lot. I like to paint her, she’s a great character, and it was fun to do the 80’s Madonna,” Muck said. “I just thought it would be good for her to be younger since she was a youngster there.”
