ABOUT: As part of Studio 23's Art Around the City Event, artists were invited to submit their pieces. Only 50 would be selected, printed, and featured on plaques around Bay City. Allise Noble gave an artist's statement for the project: "Allise Noble is an award-winning artist based in Saginaw who has a background in fine art and interior design. She teaches art to creators of all ages and abilities, and is especially passionate about working with artists with disabilities and mental health struggles. Her art celebrates the natural world around us and all those who inhabit it while visually exposing the unique mental environment of the subjects in her work. With each piece of art, she strives to begin a story that the viewer gets to finish."
